- Pilates on Demand
- Guided meditation and breathwork
- Infrared sauna
- Contrast therapy, including ice baths and ice showers

Different services may have additional terms, consent requirements, health screening requirements or cancellation policies. These Terms & Conditions should therefore be read together with any specific information provided to you when booking or purchasing a particular service.
Booking and Attendance
All classes and services must be booked through the SiSU booking system or through another booking method approved by SiSU. Bookings are subject to availability and class capacity.
Your booking is personal to you and generally cannot be transferred to another person without SiSU's approval. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details and booking information are accurate and current.
Please arrive sufficiently early to allow time to check in, prepare for your session and complete any required health screening or waiver.
Late arrival may result in you being unable to participate where the instructor considers that entering the class would be unsafe or disruptive. Where you are unable to participate because of late arrival, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
Class Cancellations and No-Shows
SiSU understands that circumstances change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments can prevent other clients from accessing limited spaces.
Unless a specific service or promotion states otherwise:
- cancellations made within the applicable cancellation window may incur a late cancellation fee or loss of the relevant class credit;
- failure to attend a booked class may be treated as a no-show;
- repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or other reasonable action;
- cancellation requirements may differ between classes, memberships, programs and wellness appointments.
The applicable cancellation period will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase. SiSU may waive a cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
Memberships
Memberships provide access to the services and number of sessions specified in the membership purchased. Membership terms, inclusions, minimum commitment periods, payment frequency and cancellation requirements will be provided at the time of purchase.
Memberships are personal to the member and cannot be shared, transferred or sold unless SiSU agrees otherwise. Membership benefits may not be exchanged for cash.
Unused membership sessions do not automatically accumulate or convert into cash unless the relevant membership specifically provides for this.
SiSU reserves the right to change class timetables, instructors, class formats or the availability of particular services where reasonably necessary. Where a material change substantially affects the services included in a membership, SiSU will communicate with affected members and will comply with applicable consumer law.
Membership Payments
Membership payments are processed in accordance with the payment arrangement selected at the time of joining. You authorise SiSU and its nominated payment provider to process scheduled membership payments using the payment method provided by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain current and that sufficient funds are available. If a payment is declined, SiSU may contact you to arrange payment. Outstanding amounts may result in temporary suspension of booking or membership access until the account is brought up to date.
SiSU will not continue charging for a period during which a consumer is unable to access the contracted service because SiSU is unable to provide that service, subject to applicable law.
Membership Cancellation
All memberships require one month's written notice of cancellation. Any other cancellation requirements, including any minimum commitment period, depend on the membership purchased and will be communicated at the time of joining.
Where a membership has a minimum commitment period, cancellation during that period may be subject to the agreed membership terms. After any minimum commitment period, the membership may be cancelled by providing one month's written notice.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing through the method nominated by SiSU. A cancellation request is not effective until it has been received and acknowledged by SiSU or otherwise processed in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Membership Holds and Pauses
Where available, memberships may be placed on hold in accordance with the rules of the relevant membership. Any applicable minimum or maximum hold period, notice requirement or administrative fee will be communicated at the time the hold is requested.
SiSU may consider requests for compassionate or health-related holds on a case-by-case basis. A health-related hold may require reasonable supporting information where appropriate.
Class Packs and Credits
Class packs are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Class pack expiry dates apply unless SiSU agrees otherwise or an extension is required under applicable consumer law.
Class packs are generally non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Unused classes do not automatically roll over after expiry. SiSU may extend an expiry date in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
Introductory Offers and Promotions
Introductory offers, promotional memberships, discounts, complimentary services and special offers are subject to the specific terms communicated with each offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional offers are available only once per person;
- offers cannot be combined with other promotions;
- offers are not redeemable for cash;
- promotional memberships may have different cancellation or minimum commitment requirements;
- SiSU may withdraw or amend an offer where reasonably necessary, subject to any rights already acquired by the consumer.
Health and Medical Disclosure
You must provide SiSU with accurate and relevant information about any health condition, injury, pregnancy, surgery, medication, physical limitation or other circumstance that may reasonably affect your ability to safely participate in a service.
You should notify your instructor or SiSU team member before participating if your health circumstances have changed.
